Show Clue
” checkbox tells the generator
to provide a clue for the solution. The clue will only be a
dictionary definition, and it may not be the most common
definition for the word nor may it be phrased properly for the
part of speech (singular instead of plural, adjective instead
of noun, etc.).
Since the the solution of a generated puzzle is usually just a single word, and the clue is just the dictionary definiton
of that word, it is possible to skip the clue altogether. If you want to see the dictionary definition, click on the
“Show Clue
” checkbox below.
In addition to the above options, any section below marked with an asterisk (*) will work with generated puzzles, also.
